Appointments
At the time of booking, a valid credit card must be placed on file.
Appointments must be cancelled 48-hours prior to start time. Failure to cancel in a timely manner will result in a nonrefundable $100 charge to the credit card on file.
No-shows will result in a nonrefundable $100 charge to the credit card on file.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and a nonrefundable $100 charge will be applied to the credit card on file.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Our philosophy emphasizes combination therapies for more natural and sustainable results. And though we always do our best to achieve the desired result, outcomes for aesthetic procedures are contingent on a constellation of biological, chemical, and post-care variables and cannot be guaranteed. Patients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
Retail exchanges
We do not offer refunds on retail products, but you may exchange defective products for the same item within two weeks of purchase.
Children
We love babies and children, but we ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all patients.
Pets
We love animals, but we nonetheless ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit to The Skin RN. Should you arrive with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from the clinic.

In an effort to help respect our providers’ time and more effectively accommodate patients on our waiting list, we have implemented a new set of appointment policies effective January 1, 2023.
Our clinic is booked out weeks to months in advance and last-minute cancellations do not allow time for waiting list patients.
